The pizza oven is the heart of every pizzeria. The presented pizza oven is dedicated to gastronomy. It is a two-chamber oven for the most demanding pizzaiolo :) Time management is of the essence when it comes to serving both in the restaurant and takeaway. 

The system of opening the door upwards in each chamber protects the user from accidental burning of hands and arms.

The chamotte lining at the bottom and top of the cooking cabinet guarantees that the cooking cabinet is heated evenly and the temperature is maintained for a long time. The easy-to-use , touch-sensitive control panel allows setting the cooking temperature with an accuracy of 1˚C.

Adjustment of the heaters by means of independent thermostats for each cooking cabinet.

Digital thermometer indicates the set and actual temperatures separately for each cooking cabinet

Programmable oven-on time function makes it easier to organise work in the restaurant

The ability to programme two different types of baking separately for each chamber makes work easier, even for inexperienced personnel, and quickly switches the operating parameters to the desired one.

Venting chimney with a handle on the front side of the oven to remove the steam from the cooking cabinet, used when baking Italian-style pizzas on thin crust and to lower the temperature in the cooking cabinet more quickly. Main power switch and lighting switch separately for each chamber. All stainless steel housing for many years of trouble-free use.
