BAGSTAR considers the pro-environmental issue as an important aspect of doing business. We are aware of and feel responsibility for future generations, as well as for the people with whom we work and cooperate on a daily basis. Introducing pro-environmental principles in our industry is in the interest of further development. We have moved to a new building with good characteristics within the technological and legal tools. We have efficient energy management, heating, air conditioning, LED lighting systems, automatic lighting control systems, radiant gas heating system. Waste segregation is carried out at a very high level in the company. We have introduced a delivery service for PACKBOXES, which greatly minimizes carbon footprints.
BAGSTAR provides employees with opportunities for development and skill enhancement. An English language learning program is currently being launched.

We are involved in numerous charitable initiatives, supporting the vulnerable and those in need of help. We know that we are part of the local community, so we also get involved and support local sports, subsidize cultural events and help young talents succeed. We cooperate with Foundations that support seniors. We invest in education to increase carbon awareness among children.

Most importantly, we cooperate with companies that present us with certificates for their products - we make sure that our packaging is environmentally friendly, that it is recyclable or recycled, and that the materials used for packaging are obtained from reliable, proven sources. A good example is our cooperation with Lucart. Lucart Group mills process beverage cartons by separating their cellulose fibers from polymers and aluminum using an aqueous technique known as re-pulping. With its innovative technology, Lucart separates the components of beverage cartons: from cellulose fibers it creates Fiberpack®, from which it makes paper, and from aluminum and polyethylene it produces Al.Pe.®, a new raw material for dispensers.

We also work with Guillin, which reduces plastic waste that threatens marine creatures. We also make sure that the fleet we have meets the highest possible environmental standards. We want to be aware of our responsibility for the fate of future generations. Ecology is of great importance to us. On July 1, 2022, we celebrate our 31st birthday! Yes, that's 31 years Bagstar has been with you and for you!!! We are not resting on our laurels and will continue to surprise you with new ideas - we have a whole lot of them! Craziness! We love it!
