Description / Aluminium foil for gastronomy 440mm 1,5kg - carton

Application

Professional aluminium catering foil with a width of 44 cm and a length of approximately 81 m, packed in a hygienic cardboard box. Designed for professional use in gastronomy, catering and large-scale kitchens. Ideal for baking, grilling, wrapping and storing food products. Protects food from drying out, losing aroma and contamination. Fully compliant with EU food contact regulations.

Can the foil be used with acidic or salty food?
Long-term contact with highly acidic, alkaline or salty foods is not recommended.

What is the best use for the 44 cm width?
Ideal for wrapping trays, GN containers, bulk portions of meat or fish, and bakery semi-finished products.

Is the foil safe for ovens and grills?
Yes, it is heat-resistant up to 250 °C and suitable for use in ovens and on grills.
