We guarantee the fastest shipping time. 97.8% of orders are dispatched on the same day
Exceptions are pallet shipments consisting of more than one load unit (pallets) and parcels sent abroad. This time may be longer.
Orders placed on Saturdays, bank holidays and public holidays, we aim to dispatch on the first working day following the day on which the order was placed. We have a fully automated system that updates the time to order depending on the volume of work in the warehouse, so that customers have access to the most up-to-date data.
Place your order within the "fast shipping" time indicated above, pay electronically online (payU, transfer24) or choose cash on delivery and we will send your package today.
The warehouse dispatches orders according to their order in the system. Please be assured that in order to handle the increasing number of more time-consuming orders, we are much more creative in the assignment of warehousemen to tasks, as well as activating additional packing stations.
Products purchased from our shop are delivered via reliable courier companies and Bagstar's own transport.
Online electronic transfer
In the case when the selected payment method is electronic transfer:
- it is possible to collect the goods only after the correct amount has been booked on the shop's account,
- the goods are dispatched immediately after the payment is booked.
Collection in person
It is realised at the company's headquarters from Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm.

To check the cost of delivery and payment of your order, please place the goods in the shopping basket and then select a method of delivery and payment.
The above prices are standard shipping rates. They apply to deliveries between the hours of 11 am and 5 pm on weekdays. All additional services (Saturday delivery, delivery by 9 or 10 a.m. and contact with the forwarder before delivery) are charged extra (according to the forwarder's rates). This cost is covered by the Buyer.
