Application

The professional HENDI fry salting bowl with a sieve is a key piece of equipment for every fry shop and establishment serving Belgian fries. The special design with a removable sieve is used for effective salting and mixing of fried products. When shaken, excess salt and small crumbs fall through the mesh onto the fixed bottom of the vessel, ensuring the customer receives perfectly seasoned, clean fries without over-salting.

FAQ

Is the bowl dishwasher safe?
No, the bowl is made of aluminium, which can darken and oxidize when exposed to aggressive detergents in dishwashers. Hand washing is strictly recommended.

Is the sieve removable?
Yes, the perforated sieve is removable, allowing for easy removal of salt and fry crumbs that have collected at the bottom of the bowl.

Does aluminium change the taste of fries?
No, the product is food contact approved and safe. However, avoid storing acidic foods in it for long periods.
