Application
The professional HENDI electric kebab grill is a high-performance device designed for preparing large quantities of meat in professional food service environments. It is ideal for kebab shops, restaurants, food trucks and street food outlets.
The unit features four independent heating zones of approximately 1.8 kW each embedded in Robax glass. Each zone is equipped with a separate switch and five heat levels, allowing precise temperature control and optimal roasting conditions.
The adjustable spit position and top-mounted motor with reversible rotation ensure even roasting of the meat. Two stainless steel heat shields improve thermal efficiency during operation.
