Slicer Profi Line 250 red edition

Hendi slicer Profi Line series is designed for professional use.
The housing is made of coated aluminum and has non-slip feet. The obliquely positioned blade with is made of hardened stainless steel.
The high-powered motor for slicing tough meats is air-cooled with overheat protection.
The slicer is equipped with a blade guard and built-in sharpener. The carriage has a safety guard, a clamping element and a vertical locking device.
Can be quickly and easily disassembled for cleaning.
The slicer meets all safety requirements for professional use equipment, ie:
- the setting of the knob for the thickness of slicing "0" keeps the blade behind its guard;
- protection against starting with the sharpener removed or the blade guard removed;
- ability to lock and remove the carriage only with the blade set to "0" thickness.
Not suitable for slicing yellow cheese. Slicing cheese is possible with a special non-stick coated knife, which is sold separately.
