Application

The HENDI Kitchen Line double electric deep fryer with a total capacity of 8 liters (2 x 4 L) is a compact yet efficient device for professional gastronomy. Equipped with two independent heating heads of 3000 W each, it allows for simultaneous frying of different products, such as fries and fish, without the risk of flavor mixing. It is an ideal solution for smaller dining establishments, food trucks, and buffets where space saving and operational flexibility count.
