The HENDI Kitchen Line double electric deep fryer (2x8L) is a high-efficiency device with a total power of 7000 W, created for professional gastronomy with high traffic. Thanks to two independent chambers, it allows for simultaneous frying of different products (e.g., fish and fries) without the risk of flavor transfer. It is the ideal solution for restaurants, fast food bars, and canteens that require speed and operational flexibility.
