Application

The HENDI Kitchen Line electric deep fryer with a capacity of 6 liters is a reliable device designed for commercial use in small and medium-sized gastronomy. It is perfect for fast food bars, food trucks, restaurants, and buffets for frying fries, fish, nuggets, or tempura vegetables. Thanks to its high power (3300 W), the device quickly reaches the set temperature, ensuring efficient operation even during peak hours.

FAQ

Can the fryer be plugged into a regular outlet?
Yes, the device is powered by 230 V, which allows connection to a standard electrical installation (however, keep in mind the 3300 W power and appropriate circuit protection).

What is the reset function?
In case of overheating, the safety thermostat cuts off the power. The reset function ("RESET") allows the device to be restarted after it has cooled down and the cause of overheating has been removed.

Is the basket included?
Yes, the fryer comes complete with a basket equipped with a long, insulated handle and a lid.
