• Composition: a blend of solvents, alkaline substances, and surfactants
• Application temperature on ovens/grills: below 80°C, optimum 60-80°C
• For fryers: dilute 1 L per 10 L of water (10% solution)
• For grill extractors: dilute at a minimum of 50 ml per 1 L of hot water (5% solution)
