The Hendi Blue Line electric deep fryer with a capacity of 8 liters is a device designed for smaller catering establishments, such as fast food bars, food trucks, or small bistros. Thanks to high-quality workmanship and versatility, this model is perfect for frying fries, breaded chicken, or fish.
