Application

Clean and Clever PRO1324 is a highly alkaline concentrate (pH ~13) for removing the most stubborn grease deposits from grills, convection ovens, domestic and industrial ovens, baking trays, fryers, conveyor belts and kitchen tools. Designed for use in professional catering kitchens and food processing facilities. Effectively eliminates burnt food residues and carbonised organic deposits. Safe for stainless steel, plastics, stone and porcelain. Do not use on aluminium or soft metals. For professional use only.

FAQ

How should the product be used for very heavy soiling?
Spray directly onto the surface (preferably warm), leave for 1-5 minutes, or extend contact time to 30-60 minutes for heavy soiling. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Can PRO1324 be used on aluminium?
No. The product is not suitable for soft metals including aluminium.

How should the working solution be prepared?
Dilute with water at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:10 (100-200 ml per 1 L of water at approximately 40-50°C).
