Mediclean 540 Dishes is an alkaline concentrate for machine washing tableware, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment in industrial dishwashers and commercial warewashing machines. It effectively removes protein, sugar, and starch residues as well as dried-on food deposits that are hard to remove. It can also be used in combi steamer ovens. Intended for professional use only.
