A set of 6 HACCP cutting boards with stand from HENDI will come in handy in any professional kitchen. Each cutting board is colour-coded according to HACCP standards. Thanks to the sturdy stand, you can conveniently sort the boards and optimise your work space.
The set includes: - 6 cutting boards made of LDPE (low-density polyethylene), - stand made of PP (polypropylene). The boards are double-sided, smooth and designed to be used on either side. Colour-coded boards according to HACCP standards:
- blue recommended for raw fish,
- white for dairy products,
- brown for heat-treated meat,
- red for raw meat,
- yellow for poultry,
- green for vegetables and fruit.
