Professional frying pan Profi Line

A traditional frying pan from Hedni's Profi Line series, made of rolled Induction steel, is a favourite of master chefs. Simplicity, quality, robustness and versatility of use are features appreciated for generations.

- not for use in dishwashers!
Preparing the pan before first use:
- preheat the pan with oil,
-toss in the peelings and salt,
-fry for a few minutes,
- wipe off the mixture with a paper towel,
-empty the pan, add a generous amount of salt and wipe again with a paper towel,
remove the salt, pour in the oil,
- spread the oil in the pan with a clean paper towel. The pan is ready for first use or storage.
