Application

Ecolab Oven Cleaner Power is an alkaline concentrated cleaner designed to remove grease and baked-on food soil from combi ovens equipped with an automatic cleaning system. It can also be used to clean grills. Easy and quick to use, it suits daily oven maintenance in restaurant, canteen and catering kitchens. Regular cleaning raises hygiene standards and extends the service life of the oven.

The product removes stubborn food residue and deposits on oven racks within a single cleaning cycle. It cleans the oven cavity at both high and low temperatures (max. 50°C). The manufacturer recommends Oven Rinse Power for the rinse step. The product is intended for professional use only.

Dose the product undiluted, directly into the oven's dispenser chamber. For ovens with an automatic cleaning system, follow the oven manufacturer's instructions.
