Voigt F643 Food Grill is a highly alkaline concentrate for removing baked-on and dried soiling from alkali-resistant surfaces. Designed for use in professional catering kitchens, frying facilities and smoking plants. It effectively dissolves food residues, baked-on grease, proteins and burnt deposits from grills, convection ovens, walls, smoking chambers, rotisseries, grates, baking trays and oven trolleys. Safe for enamel surfaces. Suitable for manual cleaning and foam generators. Recommended for automatic oven washing systems. For professional use only.
