Bags for vacuum packing (vacuum).
Vacuum packaging is packaging in a modified atmosphere by partially removing the air. After closing the package, a modified atmosphere containing 10-20% CO2 is created inside.

The vacuum can be created in three ways:

• Extracting air from the package using suction nozzles,
• Blowing a powerful jet of steam into the packaging,
• Shrinking the shrinking plastic film under heat.
