The trend for pasteurised takeaway dishes is booming - it's time for glass jars and comfort food style dishes. Much of the HoReCa industry has decided to introduce pasteurised takeaway dishes in glass jars to their menus. During the lockdown, the trend of dishes from jars strengthened. For many, soup from a glass jar has sentimental value, it is so-called comfort food. Such a name connotes well. In addition, because the jar is transparent, the food is tempting at first glance.
